Its the middle of the winter, so you have to pick and choose you’re get out doors days. That said, the days are getting longer, so its a great time to plan to ‘make your garden, your home’. Check fences (and plug those rattles); harvest any buds for seeds; cut back any decaying matter…but leave some cover for wildlfe, so you both profit from a little care.
